Returns
Our returns policy.
We offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to return.
- Email hello@luxuriatewear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with a return shipping label.
- Pack your item securely in the original packaging. Attach the return label to the outside of the parcel.
- Drop off at your nearest post office or courier collection point. Tracking is included with all return labels.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges.
- We offer one free exchange per order for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests follow the same process as returns. Your replacement will be dispatched once we receive the original item.
- If your preferred size or color is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
Non-returnable items.
- Intimates and underwear (thongs, bralettes) are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us within 2 hours and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once shipped, modifications are not possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
Do LuxClub members get free returns?
LuxClub members receive complimentary return shipping on all orders within the United States. International LuxClub members receive a subsidized return label.
