Returns policy.

We want you to be completely satisfied. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.
  • Intimate items (thongs, bralettes) are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
  • Return shipping is $5.95 (deducted from refund) for US orders. Free for faulty items.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges.

Need a different size? We offer free exchanges on all non-intimate items within 30 days. Simply reach out to our team and we will arrange the swap.

Common questions.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped, yes. Email us immediately at hello@luxuriatewear.com and we will update it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping at no cost to you.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@luxuriatewear.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
