Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
To start a return, email info@luxuriatewear.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
We offer size or color exchanges based on availability.
If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@luxuriatewear.com with photos of the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirmation.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
